Skate With Me — Monthly Tuition and Withdrawal Policy

Scope

This policy applies to Skate With Me monthly tuition subscriptions purchased from Caitlin Bowers / Chestermere Skating School. It does not set the cancellation or refund terms for merchandise, one-time lesson bookings, or other programs.

Tuition and automatic payments

Tuition for the September 2026–March 2027 season is $770 CAD plus GST, divided into seven monthly tuition amounts of $110 plus GST.

At registration, $220 plus GST is payable for the first and final month’s tuition. Any tuition deposit previously paid and confirmed by me will be credited toward the registration amount.

For September registrations, subsequent payments of $110 plus GST are scheduled for October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, and February 1. March tuition is prepaid (the final month) and will not be charged again.

Monthly tuition amounts are equal regardless of the number of scheduled lessons in each month. Registrations after September require a separately confirmed payment schedule.

Withdrawal notice

To withdraw before the end of the season, please email info@caitlinbowers.ca at least 30 days before your intended month-end finish date. Include the skater’s name, class, and requested finish date.

I will confirm your withdrawal date and provide a breakdown of any remaining tuition and the application of your prepaid final month. Your prepaid final month will be applied to your final month of participation and will not be charged a second time.

Managing your subscription

You can view/manage your subscription through your customer account or the subscription links in your emails.

If you cancel automatic payments through the customer portal, please also contact me to arrange your withdrawal and reconcile your prepaid tuition. This policy does not authorize further automatic charges after your payment authorization has been withdrawn.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
