Shipping Destinations
We ship physical products to Canada and the United States. Available shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout.
Order Preparation
Physical orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is additional.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Depending on the products and destination, we use flat rates or carrier-calculated rates. Shipping charges may include packaging and handling.
Canadian Orders
Eligible small, flat items may be sent by regular mail without tracking. Books and larger accessories are shipped using the service offered at checkout.
United States Orders
U.S. orders ship as parcels through Canada Post. Applicable import duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and shipments are sent with duties prepaid.
If you receive an unexpected request to pay import charges, please contact us before paying so we can investigate.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates vary by destination and shipping service. Where an arrival date is displayed at checkout, it includes our order preparation time.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and customs processing can cause delays.
Tracking information is provided for services that include tracking.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived after its estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our website with your order number. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Stock Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative you agree to.
Digital Products and Skating Lessons
Digital products do not require shipping. Skating lesson details are provided through your booking information. Please refer to our refund and cancellation policy for the terms that apply to your purchase.
