At checkout, you will see real-time shipping rates from all available carriers, calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

Processing Time
Orders for physical products (hair accessories, books) are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Skating lesson bookings are scheduled based on class availability.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout by Shopify using carrier-calculated rates. This ensures you always pay the accurate cost for your location and selected shipping method.

International Orders:
Some countries may charge customs duties upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country and are not controlled by 2035172 Alberta Inc.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination:

Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days.

United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

Skating lessons cannot be refunded unless we cancel and cannot reschedule.

Hair accessories and books are final sale for hygiene and print-on-demand reasons.

If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you and issue a refund or provide an alternative solution.
