2035172 Alberta Inc. operates this store and website. This policy explains our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation terms.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy, those requirements apply.
1. Hair Accessories and Other Physical Products
Hair accessories, including bows, clips, headbands, and hair ties, are final sale for change-of-mind purchases. Books, bracelets, stickers, and bookmarks are also final sale for change-of-mind purchases.
Please review product descriptions, photographs, sizes, and book formats before ordering. We do not normally offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong item.
These restrictions do not remove your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
2. Digital Products
Digital downloads and cut files are final sale once delivered or made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, or believe the file is defective or does not match its description, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
3. Skating Lessons
Subject to applicable law and any specific terms provided with your booking, skating lessons are non-refundable once booked. Customer cancellations and missed lessons do not qualify for a refund or credit.
If we cancel a lesson, we will attempt to reschedule it. If rescheduling is not possible, our standard policy is to provide a credit for the cancelled lesson toward future lessons, except where a refund is legally required.
Where a seasonal program requires an end-of-season reconciliation, we will confirm the credit amount and timing with you.
We require 30 days’ notice to cancel a skating lesson subscription. Please submit your cancellation request through our website’s Contact Form.
Your prepaid last month’s tuition covers the final 30-day notice period, and your skater may continue attending their scheduled classes during that time. No further tuition payments will be charged after we receive your cancellation notice.
We will confirm your final lesson date and subscription cancellation. Payments already made remain subject to the refund terms above and applicable law.
4. Product Orders Cancelled by Us
If we cannot fulfil a product order, including because an item is unavailable, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charges for those items.
A substitute product or store credit will be provided only if you agree.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly through our website’s Contact Form if anything is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. Please retain the item and packaging while we review the issue.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit where agreed, consistent with your legal rights.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions and arrange any return shipping for which we are responsible.
6. Missing Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived after its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier where applicable and work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Refunds
When a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when it has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
8. Statutory Cancellation Rights
If consumer law applicable to your purchase gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, we will honour that right. Final-sale terms apply only where permitted by law.
