2035172 Alberta Inc. (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this store and website, including all related products and services (the “Services”). This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may be issued.
1. Hair Accessories
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for hair accessories. This includes hair clips, hair ties, bracelets, and other similar items. Please review product descriptions, images, and sizes carefully before making your purchase.
2. Skating Lessons
Skating lessons are non-refundable once booked. If a lesson is cancelled by you, no credit or refund will be issued.
If a lesson is cancelled by 2035172 Alberta Inc., we will attempt to reschedule the lesson. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied to your account toward future lessons. Credits will be applied at the end of the skating season if necessary.
3. Print-on-Demand Book (“When I Become an Ice Skater”)
As a print-on-demand product, the book cannot be resold and therefore is non-refundable. Please ensure you review the product details before ordering.
4. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel product orders or lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including out-of-stock items or scheduling conflicts. In such cases:
Products: You will receive a full refund or credit for cancelled product orders.
Lessons: We will offer rescheduling, and if unavailable, a credit toward future lessons.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may submit a request for review via our Contact Form. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are generally not offered due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our services. However, if an exchange is approved for a damaged or defective product, it will be processed according to our discretion.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. This does not apply to items that are hygienic or print-on-demand.
